DIY Fragrant Spray

Whether you want a pretty smelling room spray, or something to help perk up clothes or linen that have been sitting in the cupboard too long – don’t buy it! I’m going to show you how to quickly and easily make your own deodorising spray, that can double as a customisable room spray for anywhere you can’t burn candles, e.g. dorm rooms, hotel rooms, etc! Enjoy!

You’re going to need a spray bottle (you can get these for $1 at discount stores), essential oil of your choice, previously boiled or purified cool water, bicarb soda.

This is how easy it is – you put the water in the bottle, add about a teaspoon of bicarb soda and shake it up. When it’s dissolved, add a couple of drops of your favourite essential oils. Remember you can mix them for whatever scent you want! Then, shake it up whenever you want to use itΒ and spray!

The bicarb soda gets rid of odours and the oils make it smell nice. This means you can use it anywhere, just make sure if you’re using it on fabrics spray from about 30cm away otherwise you’ll leave weird damp patches on the fabric.

Hope this helped someone out there!
