Siem Reap Travel Diary 2016

As a graduation present to ourselves for finishing uni, my best friend and I are spending three weeks in South East Asia! For every place we go, I’ll be sharing pictures and what we did, and for each country I’ll do a lookbook. I hope you enjoy!

Destination Five – Siem Reap, Cambodia

I really enjoyed this part of Cambodia! Everyone is so lovely, helpful and happy which makes the atmosphere definitely something I’ll miss. It was a lot more expensive than I thought though, as everything is in USD. A visitor pass for the temple ruins is US $20, and you also need to get a visa which is US $30. Still, worth it! In the city we ate the local food, went to the night markets and visited Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and Ta Prohm, which are temple ruins that were absolutely breathtaking. Next stop is Phnom Penh, the Capitol of Cambodia!
